Universal Agreement Upon Service Engagement: Any client or purchaser who engages our agency services, commissions development, purchases digital products, or makes an advance payment via Razorpay or direct bank transfer automatically and unconditionally agrees to this Payments & Refund Policy and our incorporated Terms & Conditions.

• Instant Digital Products: Downloadable items (source codes, automation scripts, CRM workflows, UI design kits) are delivered electronically via direct download links, email confirmations, or customer portals immediately upon successful payment verification (within 0 to 15 minutes).
• Custom Development & Software Setups: Staging environments, CRM/ERP database setups, and custom web applications are deployed and provisioned in accordance with the milestones established in the project Scope of Work (SOW).
